They would have the cigarettes delivered there and then sneak them out bit by bit to sell them off. Sneaky, right? Now, customs is on a mission to figure out where these cigarettes came from and how they were being distributed. They’re not ruling out the possibility of more arrests in the future. Who knows how deep this whole thing goes, right?
