US President Donald Trump, like, totally said he gonna set tariff rates for all the trading partners in the next, like, two to three weeks, man. He was all like, “Yo, my administration can’t handle all these negotiations with every trading partner, dude.” Trump mentioned how Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick are gonna send out letters to let people know how much they gotta pay to do business in the US, man.
During a meeting with some business executives in the United Arab Emirates, Trump was all like, “We gonna be super fair, bro. But, like, we can’t meet with all 150 countries that wanna make a deal with us, ya know?” He didn’t really say which countries are gonna get the letters or how many will receive them. Trump was all, “If they get the letters, they can totally appeal it, man.” But, like, he didn’t explain how that’s gonna work, ya know? The White House and Commerce Department didn’t even respond to requests for comment, like, at all.
