Hong Kong police gone and arrested four more dudes in connection with viral footage on social media showing a red-topped minibus repeatedly slamming into a black private car while a group of people tried to surround the coach. Senior Inspector Yip Wing-ho from the Yuen Long police district’s anti-triad section spilled the tea on Wednesday, saying investigators found out that the drama started from an old beef between the minibus driver and another dude handling the same route. “That’s why a bunch of folks in a private car decided to block the minibus driver during the incident and got into a heated argument with him. Things escalated real quick, and the minibus driver supposedly lost his cool and purposely crashed into the private car before peacing out,” Yip spilled.

The whole shebang went down last Saturday at 10.50am when the car, cruising towards Yuen Long’s Tai Tong, pulled up in front of the minibus near Shui Chiu San Tsuen. A few men hopped out of the car to have words with the minibus driver, who decided to play bumper cars by reversing and then going forward to hit the car not once, but twice during the argument. Yip mentioned that one dude involved in the scuffle even used a hard object to whack the minibus three times. After that, the minibus made a run for it by speeding along Tai Tong Road towards Yuen Long, leaving everyone scratching their heads.

Now, not really sure why this matters, but the whole situation is a hot mess. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like maybe they all needed a chill pill or something. I mean, come on, crashing into each other over a petty dispute? Seems a bit extreme if you ask me. But hey, what do I know? Just reporting the facts as they come.
